Description
Polymer-based composite materials are widely used in various industries, such as
automotive, aerospace, construction, and marine industries. Composite joining using the
adhesive joining method is an increasing concern in various industries worldwide. The main
problems of natural fiber-based polymer matrix composites are their lower mechanical
properties than other materials. In other ways, composite joining was challenging while
controlling the adhesive joining parameters, including the lower strength of the adhesive
material, the type of joint configuration, and the overlap length, resulting in a lower joint
strength of composite materials.
