Conference participants are requested to book their accommodations individually.
We have reserved a limited number of rooms for conference delegates at the University of Stavanger Campus Hotel Ydalir (http://www.ydalir.no). The negotiated reduced rate is available via the code "CosmoYdalir".
Some hotel rooms at a reduced rate are also available through the travel agency Egencia. If you follow this link, you will be taken to their booking portal. If participants wish to benefit from reduced rates they are requested to 1) fill in their personal information 2) select to book accommodations 3) select dates of stay and the hotel of choice 4) confirm their choice 5) pay for the accommodation via the Egencia portal.
The usual webpages for hotel reservations may also be a good option.
Please be aware that any of the above booking processes is independent from the registration process and not under control of the workshop organizers.
